HAPPY LOHRI AND MAKAR SANKRANTI TO ALL VIEWERS

TIL GUR LADOO

INGREDIENTS :-

1 1/2 sesame seeds ( safed til )
1 cup jaggery ( gur )
2 tbsp ghee
A little ghee for making ladoo

Method :-

Take a pan put the sesame seeds into it
Dry roast the seeds until they crackle
Take out the seeds and let them cool
In the same pan add gur
On a low flame let the gur melt , as soon as it melts put ghee and sesame seeds
Put off the flame and apply gur on a palm and roll the mixture in small ladoo as soon as possible before it cools

If u want u can add grated coconut or peanuts
Less the quantity of sesame seeds when u add another ingredients
