METHI   POHA  CUTLET


Ingredients :-

1 cup poha ( flattened rice)
Soaked in water and the squeezed firmly
1 cup boiled potatoes (mashed )
1/2 cup dry methi (fenugreek leaves)
2 tbsp sesame seeds ( safed til )
1/4 cup fresh coriander
2 tbsp red chilly paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup boiled and slightly mashed green peas
2 tbsp corn flour or maida ( all purpose flour )
1 onion finely chopped
salt


METHOD :-

Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mash it properly
Make cutlet shape tikki  and shallow fry or deep fry it
Serve with chutney or sauce
