A couple of days before i changed my cover pic of my fb page . All lovely people appreciated bt yes they also commented that all are high calories food . So today i decided to make some thing which is taste good and also have less oil

So here presenting CHOLE KULCHE . Chole which are made of less oil or ghee and kulche which are made on a non stick tava without oil or u can bake it also

INGREDIENTS :-

2 cup chole ( soaked overnight )
2 onions roughly chopped
2 tomatoes
10 to 12 pods garlic
1 cm piece of ginger
2 green chillies roughly chopped
1 tbsp garam masala ( i have posted garam masala recipe before )
1 tbsp red chilly powder ( if u want mild lesser the quantity of red chilly powder )
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
2 tbsp oil or ghee ( i preferred ghee as its better than oil )


KULCHE INGREDIENTS :-

1 cup all purpose flour ( maida )
1/2 cup wheat flour
1/ 4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp curd
salt




Method :_

Boil the chole with adding salt in it
Take onions and roast in in a non stick pan with one or 2 drps of oil
Grind onions , tomatoes, green chilly, garlic , ginger and boiled chole about 2 to 3 tbsp
Take oil ( 2 tbsp ) in a pan and put the grinded paste in it . Allow  the paste to cook finely for 5 min and then add all dry spices then cook it for 5 min again then add kasuri methi and little salt ( because we have salt in chole also ) then add chole cook for 2 min again and add water that is left after boiling simmer it for 5 to 7 min . Garnish with coriander


For Kulche :_

Make a smooth dough with above ingredients . Rest in for an hour
Take grated paneer . Add little salt , red chilly powder , dry mango powder and fresh coriander
Take a small peda and stuff with paneer in it , roll the peda and with light hands tap it
Take a non stick pan and raost the kuche on both side
Brush it with little ghee on top while serving
U can bake the kulche in a oven too
