DABELI

A famous dish from the streets of gujrat
bt now also a famous street food in every state

ingredients :-
1/2 kg potatoes (boiled and mashed)
dabeli masala powder( recipe mentioned below)
garlic chutney (recipe mentioned below)
green chutney (recipe mentioned below)
1 cup peanuts ( roasted and skin removed )
2 to 3 onions finely chopped
 4 to 5 green chilly paste
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup coriander leaves
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 cup pomegranate seeds
nylon sev


take oil in pan add fennel seeds and cumin seeds then add half the chopped onion  when the onions becomes transparent add potatoes and all the spices along with dabeli powder  add lemon juice too mix it thoroughly with the spices lastly add peanuts ( fried it with a drop of oil ) take out in a plate and sprinkle green coriander on top and pomegranate seeds too
take pav or bun slice it from between apply a little butter and roast it lightly on tava or pan
apply green chutney on one side and garlic chutney on another palce the place the mixture in between add chopped onion and nylon sev and roast it from both side

GARLIC CHUTNEY :-
take 12 to 15 garlic cloves add 2 to 3 kashmiri lal mirch ( sabut....soaked in hot water for 10 to 15 min) 1 tsp corainder powder , cumin seeds and salt grind it and make a fine paste

GREEN CHUTNEY :-
Take one cup coriander leaves add 2 green chillies , 1 tbsp lemon juice and salt grind it and make a paste

DABELI POWDER
Take a pan put in it 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 5 to 6 cloves , 5 to 6 black pepper balls, 1 small stick cinnamon and 2 to 3 dry whole red chilies grind it to make a dry powder
