MANGO MOUSSE WITH CHOCOLATE CAKE

serves 4


Ingredients :-
chocolate cake (any type of chocolate cake crumbled properly)
100 gm whipping cream
1 large mango ( make pulp of it )
1 tsp agar agar (dissolve in 2 tsp luke warm water)
small mango pieces 7 to 8

Take mango pulp add whipping cream in it fold both well with light hands keep aside. Take water make it luke warm add agar agar ( if u want u can use geletine powder )   in it and let it dissolve for five minutes . Add this mixture to mango and whipping cream mixture . take crumbled chocolate cake add 2 or 3 drops of milk in it. Take shots glasses first layer will be crumbled chocolate cake press it firmly in the glasses in proper level
Set these glasses for 5 min in refrigerator then take it out and put mango mousse ( prepared above ) in it make a proper level set it again in refrigerator
While serving put mango pieces on top

Serve chilled
